About the Event
Data tells us that less than half of all seniors who qualify for SNAP are enrolled in the program, making low-income seniors especially vulnerable to hunger. During a crisis such as Coronavirus, seniors need us more than ever.
Most of the seniors we are supporting have no way to get to the grocery store, and have utilized public transportation. Letss keep them safe and out of harms way.
A gift of:
- $150 - allows us to help 5 seniors to receive 5 quality meals in a week.
- $300 - allows us to help 15 seniors to receive 10 quality meals over 2 weeks.
- $1.000 - allows us to feed 10 seniors in a month.
